What Is an Energy Field?

First things first, what is an energy field? Imagine a soft, glowing bubble surrounding each of us. This is our energy field, or aura. It’s an invisible force that radiates from us, carrying our thoughts, emotions, and vibrations. Think of it as your personal space that reflects how you feel and interact with the world.

Now, here’s where it gets exciting. Our energy fields don’t exist in isolation. Picture a vast, intricate web connecting every living being. This web is the universe’s energy field, and we’re all part of it. Just like the waves of the ocean are interconnected, so are our energies. When one wave moves, it affects the others.
